Account and balance
Your PalPull Account Balance pays for Pulls and receives eligible Buyback credits. Account Balance stays within PalPull and cannot be transferred between customers or withdrawn as cash unless PalPull states otherwise in the transaction flow.
Pack results
PalPull deducts the displayed price and commits one randomized result when you confirm a Pull. The awarded Slab enters My Vault before the reveal begins. Published odds and Expected Value do not guarantee a particular card or financial return.
Custody, Buyback, and Redemption
You may keep an awarded Slab, accept an eligible Buyback offer during its displayed window, or request Redemption. Buyback quotes use the current accepted Market Value and displayed rate. A confirmed Redemption is irreversible, so review the Slab and shipping address before submitting it.
Pricing information
Card values and marketplace links are informational. Prices can be incomplete, delayed, or different from an available sale. Verify any market information with its original source before relying on it.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, or submit personal information without authority.
Availability and records
PalPull may pause a Gacha Pack, perform maintenance, correct inaccurate market data, or restrict an account to protect customers and service integrity. PalPull keeps Pull, Balance, custody, Buyback, and Redemption records tied to each account.
Third-party services and material
Authentication, hosting, market links, card names, and card artwork may come from third parties. Their terms apply to their services and material. PalPull is independent and does not claim affiliation with Palworld or its rights holders.
Changes
PalPull may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top identifies the current version.
