Scope
This notice covers PalPull services available through palpull.fun.
Data PalPull handles
- Account identity: a connected wallet address or email address, plus the account identifier supplied by Privy.
- Account activity: Pulls, balance entries, card custody, Buybacks, and Redemption status.
- Redemption details: the recipient name, shipping address, carrier, and tracking information required to fulfill and track a Redemption.
- Service data: request and device information processed by our hosting and authentication providers to deliver and protect PalPull.
How PalPull uses data
PalPull uses this data to authenticate your session, keep records isolated by account, operate Pull and Vault workflows, fulfill Redemptions, investigate failures, and prevent abuse.
Redemption and shipping
PalPull uses the address submitted with a Redemption to process and deliver the selected Slab. PalPull may share the minimum required details with fulfillment providers and carriers.
Service providers
PalPull uses Privy for authentication, Vercel for application hosting, and Neon for database hosting. These providers process data needed to run their services under their own terms and privacy notices. PalPull does not sell personal data.
Retention and control
Signing out ends your authenticated session but does not delete account records. PalPull retains transaction, custody, security, and fulfillment records for service operation, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
